What payment options do you except?
Through the website we accept payment using Paypal and by Credit or Debit Card as well as bank transfer and cheque. Please note it is also possible to pay using a credit or debit card through PayPal without having a Paypal account.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of sanitary protection products we regretfully can not provide a returns service for cloth pads, menstrual cups, underwear, breast pads. If you are not sure about purchasing a product contact us and we will try to help you. We will accept returns of accessories. If you wish to return any item please contact us first by email at orders@ecodreams.co.uk You must return your item with in 14 working days.
To return one of our products please follow these steps carefully.

Faulty goods
If an item received is faulty, we will of course, refund the cost of the item. Please contact us at the above e-mail address for an exchange or refund.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel ?
Orders are often package the same day they are placed, so it is important that you contact us as soon after placement as possible to change or cancel your order. If your order has already left our premises, it cannot be cancelled.
Do I need to register to place my order?
No, you can continue checking out as a guest.
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided when ordering. If you have placed an order and not received this email, please check your spam folders. If you still find you have not received the email please email us at orders@ecodreams.co.uk or call us.

Where do you ship to?
Everywhere excluding any state under the governing body of the FDA.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, please select the tracking option at checkout.
Is your packaging discrete?
Yes our packaging is very discreet, your order will arrive in a recyclable green mailing bag or box there is no indication of what’s inside on any of our packaging. Please note that there is a small return address sticker with our logo on it on all our packages however our logo gives no indication to the products we sell.
What happens if my parcel gets lost or damaged?
If your parcel gets damaged please send us photo evidence for us to file a claim on your behalf with Royal mail. If your order fails to arrive please contact us.

We use the Uk Royal mail service but will occasionally use another provider. We reserve the right to split orders or combine orders if more efficient for shipping. We ship out orders throughout the week our average ship out time is 2 to 4 days from receiving your order.
Please note that we do not issue paper invoices routinely to reduce our carbon footprint. However if you would like a paper invoice please let us know in the notes to seller box.

Are your mailing bags biodegradable?
Unfortunately not any more,however they are recyclable so please dispose of them in the appropriate recycling bin.
What happens if my order arrives in complete?
On some occasions we may split your order into two separate parcels if more cost effective for shipping however you will have had prior notice via email. If your order arrives incomplete please contact us at orders@ecodreams.co.uk and one of the team will be more than happy to assist.

How long do you keep my details for?
Due to the nature of the products we sell and there long lifespan, we securely store your order details for ten years however any payment details will not be stored. You can request that we remove your details from our database however should you have any problem in the future with your product we might not be able to assist you if we no longer have your order information.
Will all my correspondence remain confidential?
Yes, we take your privacy very seriously and all correspondence will remain entirely confidential.
Will you pass my details on to any third parties?
We will never share any identifiable or confidential details with any third parties without your express consent.

Can I use more than one code per order?
