To return one of our products please follow these steps carefully.

Make sure you obtain proof of postage when posting your item to us.
Let us know your item is on its way
Please return the item with any packaging that was supplied.
When your item arrives we will examine it for any damage, if the item is in the condition you received it in your refund (excluding return postage and postage charges) will be processed within 2 working days.
In used condition

What happens if my parcel gets lost or damaged?
We use the Uk Royal mail service but will occasionally use another provider. We reserve the right to split orders or combine orders if more efficient for shipping. We ship out orders throughout the week our average ship out time is 2 to 4 days from receiving your order.
Please note that we do not issue paper invoices routinely to reduce our carbon footprint. However if you would like a paper invoice please let us know in the notes to seller box.
